Q & A

have a leak right at the bottom of the spout how do i repair

Thank you for your question about the Delta 2402LF Classic Two Handle Kitchen Faucet with Side Spray. There are a couple of O-rings under the collar of the spout. These can easily be changed out. Delta has a life time warrantee on their faucets, call 1-800-345-DELT. Tell them the situation and they'll send you out the parts you need. After you receive the parts, you would first unscrew the spout cap on the top of the spout where it connects to the faucet body. You may need to use a wrench or pliers, just wrap it in a towel so you don't scratch it up. Once you have the cap off, you can pull the spout assembly straight up and off. It may be tough but it will come off. Once that's done you can replace the O-rings. Then just reverse the process in putting the faucet back together.
