product worked great, took quite a while to get here.

This product is interesting. We've had to replace a couple hot water cartridges from newport brass, this is now an all in one cartridge plus valve and it seems like a better idea as the cartridge is often near impossible to separate from the valve after a few years. However, I hope the cartridge doesn't **** out again because then we'll have to replace both parts. Riverbend site is nice and easy to work with and the product shipped relatively quickly, but it then took a long time to make it across the country. Not Riverbend's fault. Thanks
